Online store - an Internet site owned by an Individual Entrepreneur ( Bratanova Anna Evgenievna ), located on the Internet at www.eveesther.com, where the Goods offered by the Vendor for purchase are presented, as well as the terms of payment and delivery of the Goods to the Customers. In addition, www.eveesther.com website is an Internet showcase designed to demonstrate the range of goods available to the Customer for the purpose of sale.

The Administration of Online Store (hereinafter referred to as the Administration and / or the Site Administration) - authorized persons acting on behalf of Anna Evgenievna Bratanova, an individual entrepreneur, who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, and also determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data, subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

Personal data - any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data).

Personal data processing - any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed with personal data using automation tools or without using such tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

Confidentiality of personal data is a mandatory requirement for the Operator or other person who has gained access to personal data to prevent its distribution without the approval of the subject of personal data or other legal basis.

User - an individual, a Site visitor, accepting the following Conditions and wishing to place Orders in www.eveesther.com online store

1.4. The site administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the User.

2.1.  This Policy establishes the obligations of  online store website Administration to non-disclosure and ensure protection of processing personal data provided by the User at the request of Site Administration when registering on online store website or when placing an order to purchase the Goods.
2.2.  Personal data authorized for processing under this Policy is provided by the User by filling out the registration form on the Site in the "Registration" section and includes the following information:

3.1.11.  Online store  target audience assessment.

4.1.   User's personal data processing is carried out for 5 years, in any legal way, including personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.
4.2.  The User agrees that the Site Administration has the right to transfer personal data to third parties, like courier services, postal organizations, telecommunication operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling User's order placed on the Site, including the delivery of Goods.
4.3.  The User's personal data may be transferred to the authorized state authorities of Russian Federation only on the grounds and manner established by the legislation of Russian Federation.
4.4.  In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Site Administration informs the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
4.5.  The site administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect  User's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.
4.6.  The Site Administration, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.

5.1. User’s obligations:
5.1.1. Provide personal data information necessary to use the Website of the online store.
5.1.2.  Update, supplement the provided  personal data information in case of changes.
5.2. Site Administration obligations:
5.2.1. Use the  received information solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Processing Policy.
5.2.2.  Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without  User’s prior written permission, and also not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose the transferred  User’s personal data in other possible ways, with the exception of clauses. 4.2. and 4.3. of this Policy.
5.2.3.  Take precautions to protect User's personal data tprocessing in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this kind of information in existing business transactions.
5.2.4.   Block personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment the User or his legal representative or the authority for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects contacted or requested, for the period of verification in case of revealing false personal data or illegal actions.

6.1.   The site administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is liable for User’s losses incurred by unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, with the exception of cases provided for in paragraphs. 4.2., 4.3. and 6.2. of this Processing Policy.
6.2.  In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:
6.2.1.  Became public before its loss or disclosure.
6.2.2. Was received from a third party until it was received by the Site Administration.
6.2.3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.

7.1. Before claiming  on any disputes  between the User and the Site Administration in a court, it is mandatory to raise a claim (written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
7.2.  Within 30 calendar days from the date of the claim, the recipient of the claim notifies the claimant in writing of the results of its the consideration.
7.3.  If the parties don’t reach an agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the court for consideration.

8.1. The site administration has the right to make changes to this Policy without prior notice to the User.
8.2. The new Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Processing Policy.
